1

SUBMIT YOUR DEVELOPMENT

Kick things off by lodging your development details with us. We’ll assess your project, confirm eligibility, and provide preliminary infrastructure advice.

2

RECEIVE YOUR INFRASTRUCTURE AGREEMENT

Once we’ve reviewed your site, we’ll issue a Telecommunications Infrastructure Agreement tailored to your development. This covers scope, timing, technical requirements and costs.

3

LOCK IN YOUR BUILD WITH CONDITIONAL APPROVAL

After signing the agreement and paying applicable charges, you’ll receive a Letter of Conditional Approval — often required for planning approval or construction finance.

4

DESIGN YOUR FIBRE PATHWAYS

Your civil designer or engineer will prepare pit and pipe designs in line with Brightwave specifications. We provide detailed design guidelines to support your consultants.

5

CONSTRUCT AND CERTIFY YOUR BUILD

Once your design is approved, your contractor installs the conduit and pit infrastructure. On completion, submit As Built drawings for certification.

6

BRIGHTWAVE BUILDS AND CONNECTS

With certified civil works in place, Brightwave installs the fibre network, terminates equipment, and conducts final testing. The site is now officially Ready for Service.
